In the USA, it is recommended that pregnant women eat between 8-12 oz of low-mercury fish per week. For those of you living in other countries, is the recommendation the same, more, or less? I'm considering eating more fish than the current US guidelines as I'm pescatarian, and I'm wondering what sort of guidelines others follow. Thanks everyone!
