Ways to put yourself into labor??

My friend is pregnant and is ready for this baby to come out! She is full term and I’m posting this to come up with ideas for her!

It’s not recommended to try and induce labor yourself unless overdue. Bub will come when it’s time.

The only two proven ways to bring on labour is sex with orgasm and nipple stimulation. Both things release oxytocin in the body, which is what the drug pitocin replicates when hospitals induce labour. Also, she could take evening primrose oil to help soften the cervix, which will make it easier to thin and dilate when the time comes (:

Try sex, bumpy car rides, and spicy foods...but nothing will work until her body and babe is ready.
