BABY ON THE WAY!

I feel extremely blessed to finally say that we are pregnant again.

Four months ago I had to undergo an emergency surgery due to an ectopic pregnancy (not fallopian tubes, but actual uterus wall). I had never experienced such an enormous amount of pain in my life and following was a complication filled surgery as they couldn’t stop the internal bleeding.

My husband and I started trying back in June of 2017, it felt like a rollercoaster in these short few months. It truly felt like forever.

With a prior miscarriage I was even doubting my fertility and he was doubting his. I know a few months of trying is nothing compared to the years some couples go through.

My heart goes out to all the strong women who have experienced miscarriages/ectopic pregnancies, and also to the women that continue to try.
