I don’t know what to expect

Hey, so I have been prescribed Rivegidon for my irregular periods (once every 6 months roughly) so I didn’t have a mentrual cycle to start it from. I finished my first sleeve of Rigevidon on Friday and still no blood has come.

Is there an average time scale as to when this should happen or is it different for everyone? Will any blood come at all?

I have been having some period symptoms for the past week like painful boobs, dizziness etc so I’m confused as to why it hasn’t started yet.

P.s I have only had sex once after my first week on the pill so not exactly sexually active.
