My aunt told me that around the area where she lives,There was this man who was waiting to park his car it was in a public park but than another man came and took his parking lot. The man who was saving his parking lot got frustrated and took his gun out shot him not only once but 3 times only because he took his parking lot. Is this justified? the man that shot the other man sadly ain't in jail he said that he has mental issues, as well as hallucinations. Due to his mental issues he won't be charged with murdering ☹😔is kind of sad because we don't know if he is lying and why the heck was he caring a gun if he knows about having hallucinations
