Anyone else scared to do anything sexual?

I wont have sex, wont masturbate, nothing. I am too afraid to see spotting. Ik it is safe, but after miscarrying, any spotting will send me downhill!

Unless your doc said so, do it do it do it. lol sex ehile.prego is the best of your life!!!! We did spot my last pregnancy after sex, did mc, but because it was a bad prenamvy not due to sex. My doc said this time.go for it.

maybe just wait until you hit the 12 week mark :) I've been told to wait til 10 weeks for my own peace of mind mainly but also because I'd had slight bleeding anyway but ask your Dr if you're really nervous! Xxx

I couldn’t imagine not being intimate with my partner through this pregnancy. I feel so close with him as we hit all of these milestones that I pull I feel to be with him is very real. We masturbated together a few mornings ago before we had to get out of bed and start our days, and I cherish those private little moments we have. Maybe start small and masturbate (oh my god, does it feel even better now that everything is super sensitive in pregnancy). After all, it is sex that made the baby in the first place.
