is your babe sitting up unassisted yet?

my babe will be 6 months on the 30th and she hates to sit. whenever I try to work with her she screams. I've seen her sit unassisted for 30 seconds but she hates it! She would rather be on her belly.  worried momma over here

My son will be 6 months on 24th of this month and he doesn’t sit unsupported although he’s very close just needing to work more on balance but don’t worry your kiddo will in time too I try not to stress feel it stresses them out and know every baby does things differently

Mine is the opposite!  She refuses and screams when she is on her belly but is sitting unassisted no problem!  I was freaking out about the not wanting to roll to her belly thing but I’m slowly realizing every baby is different!

if I sit her up she's able to balance herself for a bit like a minute or so but then falls out of balance. today she hit her face i felt do bad for not caching her on time 😂😂😂

My daughter rolls in both directions but is not yet sitting unsupported. She is a big baby though (in the 98th percentile for weight and height) so I’m not too worried.
