Symptoms normal?

Is it normal to feel pregnant one minute then not pregnant at all? My symptoms come and go all the time I’m 6+2

I’m 8w+6 and it’s been the same for me, one minute I’m feeling sick and tired, then the next it’s like I’m back to my self. I didn’t feel as confident until I spoke to my midwife about it and she said I’m healthy and the baby is healthy. She said it’s completely normal to feel like that
