lots and lots of lube!! don't use the numbing cream because then you don't know if you're damaging yourself. you need to be Completely relaxed, because if you're tense you've got no chance. and also use well lubed up fingers first, just one at first then 2, so it stretches. then when he tries to go in, go very slowly until you're comfortable.
