Definitely going to be ‼️tmi‼️

So I was taking a bath and looked at my nipple and it had like whitish looking stuff on it . So I was okay well there's no way I'm leaking at 20 weeks so I wiped it off and squeezed a little to make sure and sure enough my nipple leaked . So my question is ... is 20 weeks too early for my nipples to be leaking ? Also can me squeezing it to see if I was losing my mind or not cause me to miscarry ? I know that's a dumb question but a friend of mine told me it could???
