Montgomery gland discharge

yuck. so, not my actual nipples but the bumps on my aereola, apparently called Montgomery glands, are having a discharge if I squeeze them. seriously, its like popping a pimple. it's not milk, I can assure you. it's happened like 4 times this pregnancy, I'm 28 weeks. for example, tonight in the shower, I saw a white dot on one of the bumps, so I squeezed and a white discharge came out. not pus, more of a thicker texture. I went to the other breast and same thing.. this one was a skinny string of discharge that kept coming. WTF is this? normal? I have a Dr. appt this week so I'll ask then but wondering if any of you experienced it. I'm a very clean person, I have good hygiene. But this grosses me out and makes me feel like I shouldn't breastfeed. help!
