Cramps Way before my period starts
Is it normal to start getting cramps 7+ days before your period. I started to get these cramps in my lower abdominal area around the 13th when my periods not even due until the 23rd, they don’t really hurt but they’re defiantly some sort of cramps is this normal or is this more of a pregnancy symptom? Thought I’d ask you ladies before going to google 😊 thanks in advance
