Does anyone else get these bumps on their inner thighs that bleed??

I get these bunps on the inner thigh that leave dark spots and they bleed and I cannot heal them up what do I do?? Is it normal??

I get those bumps due to chafing but they don't bleed. Ask ur doctor for an ointment or something of the sort
