I’m confused

I had my first bfp opk on Saturday night, we bd that night. And another bfp again the next day, we bd again. I tested again this morning, it was bfp, but it went back to neg this evening. My nipples are super sore today, I have light ewmc, my right side has some cramping. Should I skip bd tonight? We’ve been bd everyday for 5 days now.
