TMI. Definitely NOT pregnant?

I know some women do bleed and it looks like a period throughout pregnancy but it's very rare so I'm definitely not pregnant right..I had a faint positive on a HPT a few days ago. This period was 2 weeks late. Started off with spotting. Not a miscarriage don't think cramps went away but still see blood

It could be implantation bleeding. I bled similar to that and I'm healthily 12.4 weeks without having had any issues.

update: have not bled since that picture was taken which is strange because earlier in the day I was bleeding a considerable amount like a normal period. Yesterday it was brownish yellowish spotting then turned to blood again. So it seems to be on and off like this. SO confused

If you had a faint positive, Maybe it was a chemical pregnancy? Have you taken another test to see what it says?
