Irregular period

I usually get a normal period, each one is about 7 days long sometimes a day or two more. Rarely. This time I’m at day 16 , it’s not a heavy period, just red with very small clots, like shedding. Cramps not very many and if so very mild and bearable. I get the occasional don’t feel good/nauseous but nothing crazy. I will be calling my dr in the morning but just wanted to know if anyone has experience anything like this. I’ve been ttc for a few months now. I’m 23, married, no children. Not at the best weight but eat healthy.( About 3 months ago, I had pain when having intercourse but never happened again, and once or twice had spotting about 2-4 days after intercourse. Thanks.
