Does Ranitidine work on babies? Need help/answers?

My 3 month old baby girl has acid reflux/colic pretty bad. Her pedi prescribed her to ranitidine (generic version of Zantac). I haven't picked up the medication because I am very skeptical about giving it to her & making it worse on her tummy. Does any mother have a child that has/had acid reflux & has used ranitidine? If so,  how did it work for your LO (little one)? Thank you moms!!

Pick it up. It saved my life.
I tried 3 different formulas but this medicine was what did it. He only needed it until his reflux calmed down at about 3 months. 
I honestly saw incredible improvement in just a couple days and he didn’t have any side effects!

My daughter is about to be two months the 7 of February and she is on Ranitidine 75MG/5ML she’s on her second bottle of it. She takes it twice a day in the morning and at bed time My daughter has colic and it helps her very well to where I can at least get some sleep with all the crying they do when they have it I also am using infants Mylicon gas drops giving to her every 10 minutes be for her feedings and that helps a lot!! I would recommend it! BIG QUESTION ARE YOU BREAST FEEDING OR USING FORMULA?

I would ask for this this dose wonderful on my daughter tummy and it’s just for babies that are gasy and when she burps like no spit up at all

My son’s been on it since he was about a month old (he’s almost 5 months now) and he’s had no stomach issues with it. He still frequently spits up but it doesn’t hurt him like it did before he was on it.
