Implantation bleeding

Can anyone help me I’m a little confused I have started bleeding 3 days early to my period yet I am usually 28days to the day never late or early yet I have had a bleed if you could call it that 3 days early and it’s been very different to my normal period

Firstly it’s been very light spotting almost then I stoped for a full day then started again later on that day but hasn’t even covered the tip of my tampax. Then since last night I have had the same but not constantly every time I change has anyone else had this with there period or could it indeed be implantation bleeding
