dry mouth during pregnancy...

for the past few weeks (can't exactly say how long, but at least 2 weeks) I've been waking up with a very dry mouth. It wakes me up in the middle of the night at like 3 a.m, or just very early in the morning, around 6 a.m. it gets so dry to the point where even using my saliva doesn't do much, and everything is dry. my tongue, lips, teeth, inside of my cheeks, eeeverything. it doesn't hurt or anything, it's just uncomfortably dry.

even if I get up to drink some water then go back to sleep, it goes right back to being dry asf once I'm actually up and awake for the day. this results in me having to pee way more often during the day and the night...oh, and every time I get up to drink water for the dryness I have to pee. which is around 2-3 times.

anybody else deal with this or know how to alleviate it? I hate being woken up in the middle of the night multiple times just to drink water and then have to pee really badly WHILE drinking it.
