How do you get pregnant?

So I've never been pregnant before. My husband and I have been trying for going on 4 months now. What is the easiest/best way to conceive? TTC every day for a week while ovulating? Every other day? Twice a day? Wait until 33% ovulation? Advice would be great! Thanks in advance.

I was told every other day too other the sperm don’t get time to re-group 😄

Start tracking ovulation with opks, start tracking cervical position and cervical mucus and every other day during fertile week is usually best 😊

My doctor recommended sex every other day throughout the entire month. Sex daily can lower sperm count. If you don’t know if/when you ovulate, ovulation prediction kits are really helpful.
