Clomid...

Have any of you ladies tried Clomid without IUI. My husband has a low sperm count and my fertility specialist said it would be good to increase our chances by me taking a round of clomid and doing IUI ..but of course my husband doesn't want to IUI part but wants me to try clomid but still try naturally. You think there's a chance at just using the clomid to help me ovulate and to still maybe get pregnant with his low count? :( any advice or info would help. Thanks!
