Honestly after your done like right after either elevate your legs in the air for 20 min at the least or hang up side down for that long it help all the sperm get we’re it needs to and it don’t leak out to get wasted that’s how I got pregnant with both my baby’s first try like that with my first and two try’s like that with my second nothing els works for me
