Trying so hard to lose weight. At times I can’t get serious and just want to eat so much. I so want to get healthy so I can have a baby. So tonight I forgot to start my Fitbit and was on the elliptical for 5 minutes and when I realized it I started my Fitbit and made myself go an extra 5 minutes to make up for the 5 I didn’t track it. I’m really proud of myself for going the extra five seems I have only been doing 15. I just hope I can stick with it this time. Anything to help keep up the motivation?
