So my ending seems to cause me the most pain while I’m ovulating, of course making it very hard to have sex during my fertile window. Today, is my peak ovulation day I took and OPK today and it came back positive so I tried to just stay on top of taking the stuff to help with my pain but of course it started to get bad as soon as my husband was coming to bed. I had the heating pad on my stomach and back to help ease the pain right before we had sex and after he told me that inside my vagina was hot... I know sperm doesn’t do well in heat, has anyone talked with their OB about this or have any experience with heating pads and fertility? We’ve been trying for a little over a year now and I just don’t think I can get rid of the heating pad. I can’t even leave my house with out it in case my pain starts while I’m not at home.

Any suggestions or thoughts?
