PLEASE HELP!!!! *tmi*

Please help me if you can!! My SO and I just had intercourse and this is what my tissue looked like as I was trying to clean up. I’m 7 days past my last day of AF and I’m 2 days into my fertile week. In my 15 years of having a period, I have NEVER had this happen nor anything similar to it. Ovulation year AND pregnancy test was both Negative! I’ve been having a temp of 99-100 off and on for 3 days now. WHATS HAPPENING?? Should I go see my OB?? Btw, I’m still bleeding.
