Ovulation with pcos

So I have pcos, and had missed 7 months of periods last year and finally went to the doctor and got diagnosed around September. I did a 10 pill that induced a period in October, then got like a residue period in November (mostly brown old blood sorry tmi) and then nothing in December.

I met with a nutritionist as I was diagnosed through blood not ultrasound with high testosterone levels and did a 180 with my diet. A few days ago I actually started a period!!

My question is- is it reasonable to think I could possibly ovulate this month if I continue with the diet and eating lots of estrogenic foods considering I got myself to get a period through diet alone? Or maybe in the coming months? Or are the odds unchanged since I still have pcos...
