I was doing some research this past weekend and stumbles across The Sperm meets Egg plan by Deanna Roy.  I'm over 30 and TTC for almost 10 months with no luck.  I found the information interesting.  I have bad allergies and take Zyrtec-D at least every other day.  I read that allergy medications can dry up your cervical mucus.  Has anyone ever heard of this before?  I also read that the Guaifenesin in Robitussin can make your mucus membranes runnier.  I found the reading informative and if you are interested.  I downloaded it for free on My kindle.  Anyone have any ideas or thoughts they would like to add?
