Difference between chemical preg and miscarriage ?

Sorry honestly don’t even know what mine was ...  anyone know the difference ?

A chemical pregnancy is just another name for an early miscarriage. Basically, if you hadn’t taken a test and found out you are pregnant, you might just think your period came late.  This is why they say many women might miscarry without ever knowing they are pregnant.
In a chemical pregnancy, you will have pregnancy hormones in your system and cells of the fertilised egg will have started to multiply however the fetal sac and fetus will not have started to develop as yet. In chemical pregnancies, an ultrasound or physical exam would not pick up that you are pregnant, only a pregnancy test would due to your hormones.
At the end of the day though, a loss is a loss, if you know you are pregnant and that is taken away from you, you still have a right to grieve.
