Implantation bleeding

hi, according to this app i'm 7dpo and since yesterday i have mild constant cramps on my lower ab, sore breastes, fatigue and a lot of hunger. And now I saw this on my underwear. Could it be the implantation bleeding? My AF is due in 8 day and never earlier.
