So I just fed my son on my right breast for 15 and left for about 8. Started getting sleepy so I put him down and now about an hour later he’s nursing again and wide awake. Is he truly hungry or is it him trying to get my milk to come down? Just wondering

My son nursed every hour until he was 13 months old and we stopped nursing, even at night.

Cluster feeding. This is common and breastfeeding should/better to be done on demand. Buckle up... he seems to be going through a growth spurt. Read up on cluster feeding.

How old is your baby. It could be cluster feeding due to a growth spurt. Just keep putting him on the breast, and follow his cues. The more stimulation, the more you will produce.
