CD36, what could this be? (TMI)

I’m on CD36, negative test a few days ago so expecting AF. Past 2 days I’ve had extremely light, intermittent brown spotting and some mild cramping. What could it be? Surely it’s too late for implant bleeding so I’ve put a pad on just in case. Picture attached
