First Trimester Funk
I'm 8 weeks today and have just felt in a funk. I'm tired all the time. I don't enjoy eating what I normally do, healthy food, instead all I'm craving is junk. I normally practice yoga daily and run a few times a week, but I'm just not interested. I know I need to be active and healthy for this baby, but I just feel so blah. Does anyone have a similar experience? Is this just a funk to get out of first trimester? Any tips to help?
