Freakin out!!!!

Ok so I had unprotected sex the (Jan. 6) day before my last day of ovulation with this guy (not my bf) I freaked out and took and plan b (Jan. 7) less than 24 hours later. But I had unprotected sex with my bf that same night (Jan. 7) I did not take anything. Today (Jan. 17) I’m experiencing cramps and spotting. Could I be pregnant? Neither guy came in me they both pulled out.
