Is it babytime yet?!

Seeking advice and opinions. 
For those of you who have or haven't had a baby... What is your advice for a married couple when it comes to finally starting a family. Things you wish you knew? I am ready for a baby but I'm so scared which is normal. My husband and I have had pregnancy scares when we weren't TTC and still go so excited secretly hoping I was pregnant. 
When is the perfect time to get pregnant in a marriage.  I am 21 my husband is 23

You have to really be ready to give up a lot of independence as a couple. You will not be able to go to bars or even dates nearly as often for quite some time. Your significant other also has to really be ready to pitch in too. I have seen many people I know say they were ready and their husbands want babies but as soon as they aren't sleeping, they leave it to mama. Having a baby is great but especially the start is VERY hard. You are young so just be aware that you can never go back after that. I would personally recommend waiting at least another year since you are only 21. However, I understand that everyone matures at different rates. A baby is an amazing journey that makes you understand live on an entire new level, but if your aren't ready it can be a vey difficult and taxing move on your marriage.

Depends on your own marriage id say- and financial stability of course. The "being ready" part never really comes haha 
BUT making sure there aren't already strains or burdens on your marriage is really important. Also realizing that things ultimately will never be the same (considering you guys are young in early 20's) because the focus shifts to your baby, no longer yourselves & for some people that's not so easy no matter how mature any person is. Either way you lose & gain new friendships, experiences & roll with it the best you can along the way :) talk with your husband openly to share thoughts with him about beginning a family & see where it takes you guys.

We started trying one year into our marriage it took one year. I was 22 it's been great I'm 27 now #3 on the way. it takes life in a hole new direction. :)

Don't wait to be ready.. You will never be ready, something will always come up and that's okay, you just have to go for it and not try, the harder you try the harder it is to get pregnant
