So should you have sex on your high fertility days verses the peak?should you have sex the day you get the peak day after couple days before what are your thoughts?

Honestly, When your fertile week begins, just have sex every other day. Don't make it complicated or stressful and no pressure on your SO. I made that mistake my first month and drove myself crazy lol. I recomendamos buying an opk and using those to pin point your ovulation day.
