How accurate are these tests?

Okay, I have the Easy@Home brand pregnancy test kit that detect hcg. Directions say to check the strip at 3 minute mark, no sooner, no later. Top photo is at 3 minutes, and I swear I can see a faint line to the left of the control line. (Could just be imagining it though) Bottom photo is after 3 minutes and there's an obvious line. Do you think it's reliable if it's after that 3 minute mark? I'm supposed to start my period in the next couple days so it's sort of early. I am really new to all these tests as we've been TTC for only a couple months now so won't be upset if not, just looking for advice.
