This is all new. Wtf.

First of all, this is the first month I’ve ever TTC. I was on birth control for 10-11 years & after the 1st of the year, me and my fiancé decided to stop preventing a baby from happening. I know, I know, I know. It’s only been 17 days. To be fair, for like 5 of those days I was on my period. Anyway! I have no idea what to feel. We’ve had sex a ton & partially because I’m in my fertile window. But, can I even get pregnant this fast? How long does it typically take people? I know that after a year most people see a specialist, but I really hope that isn’t the case.

I’m literally terrified to have a miscarriage or have a baby with a disability that would impact their quality of life.

I guess I’m just anxious about the whole process...
