Losing baby weight
Need some tips!
So I was 125 and a regular weight lifter before my first. Size 2. After baby #2 I was not in the gym anymore and weighed 129. Size 4/6.
Just had my second baby 4 month ago and I’m stuck at 134 and can’t get my jeans up to my hips even with nursing, diet, and exercise. I tried increasing water intake but no luck.
I’ve been at it for a month and I look the same. I’ve been eating low fat, high protein. Cut out sugary drinks... I just want my body back 😭
