Help!

So me and my SO has had a little bit of a dry spell these past months since we lost our baby in June. But this month we’ve been going at it like animals. Well idk when I would have ovulated because I really just wanted to focus on college this semester so I haven’t been keeping track, but the past few days I’ve been extremely horny, boobs feel bigger and nipples are so sensitive, and I’ve been super tired and laid back. I was just wondering if there is a chance I could be pregnant? Also a couple days ago I went to the bathroom as when I wiped, all I seen was a light brown streak. There was nothing in the toilet and it only last for that day. I know it should be really early to tell because my period is supposed to start around January 30- February 1. I was just wanting y’all s opinions. I don’t want to get my hopes up and jinx it
