12 DPO BFN anyone get a BFP after this?

We bd a lot the week of my fertile window and I've been taking prenatals. I also track my ovulation and use strips so I KNOW when I'm ovulating. I have a pretty good feeling we have a great chance at getting pregnant and I'm having symptoms but its 12 dpo and bfn. I'm not using a early detection test though I'm just using a regular amazon 20 ml test strip. Any advice or help would be great! Baby dust to all
