chuck a towel underneath and you’ll be fine. it helps with cramps, the blood is really good lube, and it can make your period end faster. it also relaxes you a lot more than normal sex does and it makes it easier for you to peak :)

Personally the blood still comes out but I’ve done it. I have bad cramps so sex helps a lot and sometimes slows the flow. It is messy but feels amazing

Only towards the end of my period when it’s light. Throw a towel down. My husband doesn’t mind at all cause when we aren’t trying for a baby we still use a condom, but on my period we just wing it 👌🏻😂

Orgasming while on your period does help with cramps. Personally for me, I was squeamish at first because it kinda grossed me out. But it is a natural thing that happens and as long as you put a towel down, you should be okay.

Yes! I’ve always had weird periods. Pretty light and if I’m sleeping/in the shower/having sex I don’t have any blood come out even on my heaviest days. Sex helps with cramps and even if it was messy as long as you’re comfortable with the person it can be awesome! You’re more sensitive though so tell him to be gentle lol

My acupuncturist is a strong believer in no Sex during your period because the blood should flow out and not back in. So Ive always been to scared to try it
