Am I pregnant?

I have checked the urine pregnancy test 4x and it came out to be positive. According to the app, it says I am currently 5 weeks pregnant. I don’t feel pregnant but I do feel my breast sore for many days. I haven’t had my period since dec 14. I had my period dec 8-13. I’m concerned about having a miscarriage and this is my first pregnancy. I sleep a lot whenever I get home and tired. I am not sure if I’m pregnant. I am hoping I am.
