Phantom Pregnancy Symptoms?

hey all I'm new to this app and community and still getting my head around all the lingo and how to post topics! 
hubby and I have been TTC since the start of the year- my last AF ended on 2nd Jan and we have been doing the baby dance every other day since around the 6th Jan. My prime day ovulating with the highest chance of pregnancy according to Glow was 11th Jan (which also happened to be hubby's birthday! 😜) 
I have been taking my BBT each morning, we have both been taking pre pregnancy/TTC vitamins as well as eating very healthy, drinking smoothies to boost our fertility etc and basically doing everything we can to boost our chances!
I don't expect to get pregnant on the first go at this and I know on average it takes most couple a year to conceive but over the last couple of days I have been experiencing bloating, blocked nose, heightened sense of smell, nauseous at the smell of petrol, lower back cramps, vivid dreams and frequent urination/diarrhea!
I still have 8 days to wait until AF and I know it's super early but could I be pregnant or is it all in my head!?
