Gluten Free Mamas
Help! I have been suffering from extreme eczema flare ups since becoming pregnant. Since medicine use is limited right now, it was suggested that I try a gluten free diet. Well...it’s clearing up! Go figure!
My question is how do you make sure you’re getting all of the nutrients (iron especially) that you need while having a gluten free diet? Also, what are your favorite gluten free foods/recipes?
