Chunky heels aren't professional?

I need to look professional. I like wearing heels but can't wear thin ones. I can only wear chunky heel because it's easier to walk. For work, I wear a business skirt and blouse. I'd like to pair with heels instead of flats. Are shoes like these unprofessional?

No open toed shoes. the closed ones are nice! I dont think the chunkiness is unprofessional. I actually prefer it

chunky heels are fine but not open toed shoes. ones with too much of your feet exposed are probably okay but i wouldnt personally wear shoes that are practically sandals.
