I've been feeling nauseous, headache(which I rarely get), pain in the lower back and abdomen. I thought I was PMSing since I'm on low dosage pill*, but when it came to my "period". I had the slightest bleeding. I usually have to change tampons every other hours, this time I basically only used panties liners and could literally just wipe the blood away in one wipe. But obviously kept bleeding.

So I'm like okay, maybe my period is just very lite this month. But, my nausea never went away, I'm having back pain. I can't sleep on my back anymore or else I wake up with my lower back/butt area aching.

I took a few HCG strips test and they all came back negative. Do I have a stomach ulcer? Am I pregnant? I'm not throwing up or anything. I don't have anyone to talk about this kind of things. So far, I've googled pretty much everything, which it's pointing towards pregnancy, Stomach ulcer and gastritis. All the other included vomiting.

Help me please.

*I am on the lowest dosage, didn't miss a pill but I don't really take it at the same time. One time I took it almost 12 hours late close my ovulation week.
