How do YOU motivate yourself to workout?
I really need to get into shape but I have a hard time motivating myself to workout. Im sick of hating the way I look and feeling insecure in my own body so it is time for a change! Im eating healthier already and I don't want to lose alot of weight, mostly just shape up. I have a 3 year old and a 1.5 year old and my stomach is SO saggy still. Im trying to find really good ways to motivate myself because it is too easy for me to say "Oh Ill work harder tomorrow".

And the ONLY full body picture I've taken since I had kids. Im sick of wearing baggy shirts to hide my "problem" areas!
So tell me, how do YOU motivate yourself? Im sure I will find my own motivation but thought it would be interesting to hear what others say. ☺
