Chances of pregnancy : pill + withdrawal

Hello! I have a Dr’s appointment next month so I will be discussing this topic with her then, but I am looking for a little information in the mean time to ease my anxiety.

What are the realistic chances of becoming pregnant while using the birth control pill and pull out method?

If it helps, I am on the LoLo Estrin Fe pill for over a year and I have never gone a full day without one. My boyfriend will even pull out and wipe away some of his precum before going back in and he never ejaculates inside of me.
