Emotional during AF??

Question

Any girls super emotional when AF gets here?? I usually am the first day or two but today is the fourth day and I'm still very emotional. Crying over anything. I'm just curious if anyone else experiences this?

i experience this as well. sometimes it’s best to curl in bed with a good romantic movie and ice cream and just let it all out
