I hate the dress

A friend is getting married later this year, and I absolutely hate the bridesmaids dress and colour she has picked out. I spoke with another bridesmaid who also is unhappy with the colour and dress. Personally, the options for colour is what I dislike the most. Do bridesmaids get a say in what we wear? Are we allowed to voice our opinions? I’m just not sure.

Edit: I’m in uni and paying for the dress and alterations required.
